Booking requests
Submitting a CABSY booking creates a request with a pending status. It does not itself confirm driver availability, route availability, or final trip arrangements.
Estimated fares
Displayed and recorded fares are estimates unless CABSY explicitly communicates otherwise. Actual pricing may later depend on trip conditions, including distance, tolls, timing, and additional stops.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their own pending booking requests from their account. Booking records are retained as part of account history.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and journey details, communicate lawful requests, and avoid misuse of the platform.
Availability and communications
Driver availability, timing, and trip completion are subject to operational processes. WhatsApp communication is an additional contact channel and does not independently confirm a booking.
