CABSY may collect account details such as your name, email address, and phone number; booking details such as pickup, destination, date, time, vehicle, and passenger count; and messages or driver applications you submit.
How information is used
This information supports authentication, profile and booking management, customer communication, and handling driver applications. Booking information remains associated with the account that submitted it.
Security and access
CABSY uses Supabase authentication and database row-level security to limit account and booking access. No system can promise absolute security; users should protect their account credentials and notify the business of suspected misuse.
